In your position, you report directly to the management and develop the logistics area of the company together with our event manager and the CEO.

- Driving licence class B (prerequisite) - further driving licences (e.g. 7.5t or BE) desirable (but not a prerequisite)
- Own car
- You are at least 18 years old
Your tasks include:
- Event and material planning together with our Event Manager & Management Board
- Preparation of events, planning of material, food & beverage
- Communication with suppliers, vehicle logistics and customers
- Setup, supervision and dismantling of events and/or coordination of a team of logistics assistants on site
- Parcel shipping logistics for online events
- Close cooperation with our Event Manager in terms of event planning
- Compliance with our Event Standards
- Ensuring the cleaning and storage of event material
- Warehousing and purchasing in cooperation with the management
- Independent working method in the area of quality assurance
