event planning company without internet: Planning incentive trips offline?

Mouse and keyboard the best friend.

A sunny morning, as always in a good mood we arrive at the b-ceed office and then we notice: no internet.

And of course no phone. That's when you suddenly realize how dependent we are on the Internet. And the question arises: what do you actually do in an event planning company without the Internet? Talking to partners on the phone, getting quotes and creating concepts is probably out of the question this morning. Normally we start our day by checking emails and seeing what's new. Today we start our day in front of the router and watch flashing lights in the hope that we will be connected again soon.

What are we left with? A new blog post, for example. Without being able to post anything, of course, but the preparation can be done offline if need be. Everyone else is busy dealing with customer service and finding the cause of the problem so that we can get back to work for our customers as soon as possible. Meanwhile, the status jumps from offline to online and - after being happy - back to offline again. The phone remains silent. Fortunately, we still have a spare router as a substitute. But it doesn't work either and we can't access our company network anymore. There's always something.

For all who tried to reach us this morning: Sorry. But fortunately you can still visit our beautiful homepage. (By the way, we are currently working hard on the new website and it will be really impressive). And now imagine what would happen in your company if the internet would fail. Probably nothing.
