Today we want to give you answers to probably the most important questions during this difficult time with Covid-19 or Corona. Some of our customers have already contacted us and asked, "Will you survive?" or "How can we be sure you will still be around soon?". These and similar questions are justified at a time when the entire event industry in particular is sometimes hit the hardest. That's where we, as a corporate event planning company, fully belong. Even more so because we are a caterer, event planning company and travel partner to many companies. But we are confident that we will overcome this crisis. Here are the answers to the most important questions:
1. what will happen during and after Corona - can we continue as an event planning company?
In a nutshell: yes. In the last four years, b-ceed GmbH has learned above all to show its teeth and to assert itself. We manage our business very well and so we have also maintained a good ratio between savings and investments over the last few years. In addition, we enjoy a high reputation among our banks and partners, and so we were able to take precautions and fully protect ourselves in the early stages of this crisis. The continued existence of b-ceed GmbH is calculated with considerable losses of turnover. Thus, every large and small project will be carried out safely in the future.
2. can events currently be booked?
Of course! As usual, we are at your disposal all day long - we accept inquiries and bookings by phone as well as by email. There is also no restriction, as long as the service does not affect any catering establishments - because these are currently closed, as everyone knows.
3. are there any special arrangements with regard to event bookings?
Yes! Currently all projects in the segments teambuilding, corporate event and company outing can be booked without any stress and deadline pressure. You can simply book your desired event and secure a place for yourself when things get busy again. You can book your event without a fixed date, cancel a date once completely free of charge and / or make up the event until 31 March 2021. All without extra costs or anything else that could now hit your stomach and wallet.
4. is it currently possible to book trips with b-ceed?
The travel market has currently come to a standstill, which is of course also due to all the travel restrictions. However, trips can still be booked in principle, as we have the previous prices from many hotel partners and airlines. You can therefore reserve a trip for your team in advance. We will inform you as soon as the channels are open and usable again. This way there is no unnecessary deadline pressure.
5. what happens with already booked event projects?
Our "No Stress" Policy allows you to easily reschedule your events and hold them until March 31, 2021 - with no extra charges or cancellation fees.
6. are there now special products without direct contact with each other?
Yes, we are currently expanding our Escape for Home series. Soon you will find a dedicated landing page with info and booking options. Bring our popular Escape series to your home or office.
