As a team event and strategic team building measure, bridge building has proven itself for large groups with more than 100 guests. But also for small groups bridge building is the focus of our exciting team coaching. But how does building a bridge work without it collapsing? And are you more the artist or engineer type? Bridge building as an objective of team coaching
Setting a common goal is the first step towards having more than just a result at the end of our team coaching sessions. It is about problem solving, team thinking and how to master difficult situations together. Building bridges involves several challenges. With us you build real bridges made of wood, metal and with different styles in different sizes. Have you ever thought about building a suspension bridge with your team and then driving on it with RC vehicles? The more unusual your idea of a team event is, the more real it becomes with b-ceed. We use bridge building as an active, one or several day module within team coaching. The goals are set strategically and unconventionally. Just let us advise you.
Creating memories for the future
Always have the goal in mind, overcome possible obstacles and create space for something new. The team event 'Bridge Building' brings all this with it. Build your bridges in different working groups. Starting with the engineers, who mainly work on the planning. The other team members work on the statics and the scaffolding and finally the landscape around the bridge has to be designed and created. After all, bridge building is also about aesthetics. In the end, a work of art is created that will accompany your team for a long time and will spice up the business premises in the long term. You can take your bridges with you - depending on the transportability, we will also gladly take care of the crossing for you.
