You can't grow together more creatively than that!
A field report on the probably most creative team workshop of b-ceed.
Right at the beginning: It was a creative highlight! The workshop "Puzzle Team Painting" was held by us in May this year for the first time completely independently. Let yourself be fascinated by the art of teamwork and dive into a world full of bright colors.
Bringing my team together and identifying with the company - is that possible? Yes of course!
At group tables, the 30 participants were already eagerly waiting to see what the foils, pens and brushes, as well as the color palettes and acrylic paints meant. After a short introduction, the participants knew what to expect in the next 2.5 hours - creating a large puzzle together. In keeping with the themes of "team unity" and "identification with the company", all participants had to draw something that they associated with the themes. The pictures and claims, which were created in a very short time, inspired everyone. There was a lot of discussion and talk about why exactly which participant drew his picture. Interlocking gears, claims such as "all together" or a rising target sphere are just three examples from the abundance of graphics.
Each piece is as individual as its artist - just like your team members!
After deciding on five motifs, we put the graphics on the assembled puzzle. Each group table received several, unrelated puzzle pieces. No one knew what the associated pieces would look like in the end. Would the pieces match in color? Yes, because each piece is as individual as its artist. When the first participants had finished and collected more puzzle pieces, they immediately began to put the pieces together. The skeptics among the participants slowly quieted down and everyone was eager to see the final result. The wow effect at the end was enormous. You could see in every single participant's face how proud they were of themselves and of the team effort. A unique painting was created, which now adorns the wall in the lobby.
