Are you ready for a new challenge?
After an appropriate induction, you will be responsible for the implementation of our events, which take place offline as well as online and hybrid. You will be responsible for the processes before, during and after the event and will be the on-site contact person for our customers alongside our event manager. In close cooperation with our event logistics and our event manager, you will create WOW effects at our outstanding events. You set up events, plan your station and set yourself up accordingly.
In your position, you report directly to the project management and are part of the onsite crew at various company events, teambuilding events and even company trips within Europe.

This is what you bring with you as an event employee (m/f/d):
- An impeccable reputation
- Friendly, natural nature
- Perfect written and spoken German
- Good command of English
- Confident use of new media (tablet PCs, smart phones, laptops, etc.)
- Quick comprehension and a quick "thinking into" new situations
- Experience of working in the corporate sector (desirable but not a prerequisite)
- Driving licence class B (prerequisite) - further driving licences (e.g. 7.5t or BE) desirable (but not a prerequisite)
- Own car desirable
- You are at least 18 years old
Your tasks include:
- Actively participate in a wide variety of event projects as an event temp
- Offline, online and hybrid events (partly possible from home)
- These are mostly one-day events
- Taking over stations and team leader tasks in team building projects
- Contact person for customers and participants on site
- Setup of decoration and other event elements
- Co-design of product and material presentations
- Logistics trips with cars and lorries (3.5t - 7.5t) (lorry driving licence not mandatory)
