After an appropriate induction, you will primarily be responsible for sales, costing, event planning and implementation as well as customer acquisition. The sales primarily relate to our event products as well as our business trips. You will also be significantly involved in the successful placement of our B2C brands Cluemasters and Globe Chaser.
Together with the management, you will develop a budget plan and work on the customer list with your team on a daily basis. From September 2021, you will be responsible for four employees in Event Sales, who, after an induction phase, will be managed lovingly but with a focus on turnover and success.
Your position is the link between the management and the event crew. We expect loyalty and a trusting nature in your nature.

This is what you bring with you as Event Sales Manager (m/f):
- Sales personality with persuasive power through a natural, customer-oriented manner
- Creativity and orientation towards innovation in terms of product development
- Identification with the company is very important to you
- First experience with the sale, planning and implementation of corporate events, teambuilding events and celebrations
- First sales successes (e.g. target achievement; must be documented)
- High level of responsibility and discipline
- Initial experience with the purchase of external services and communication with partners
- You are familiar with the digital world and have already heard about online events.
- Calculation of services. You are confident in school maths
- Friendly, empathetic and natural nature with absolute ability to work in a team
- You have gained your first leadership experience in small teams and would now like to expand it
- Perfect written and spoken German, good English skills
- First experience with CRM and ERP systems, as well as good knowledge of the Office 365 Suite
- Enthusiasm for customers and event projects, you are a real "host" and "hostess
- Quick comprehension and a quick "thinking into" new situations
- You are resilient and always keep a cool head, even when things get heated
- Experience of working in the corporate sector (desirable but not a prerequisite)
- Class B driving licence (prerequisite)
- Own car or regular access to a car
- You are at least 18 years old
Your tasks include:
- Coordination of the sales management and leadership of the department in our company
- Event sales, acquisition of existing and new customers
- Communication with partners, purchase of external services (e.g. transfers, cooks, etc.)
- Thorough planning of sold projects in cooperation with the management and planning department
- Communicating with clients on their event projects and coordinating processes
- Drawing up the schedules with your team, taking into account the services sold
- Control of additional sales, up-selling, cross-selling
- With your team, you are the number one contact person for customers for booked projects and on site
- Preparing the personnel deployment planning for event projects together with the management
- Fleet management with in-house vehicles and various rental vehicles
- Onsite checks at events, host role at events
- Customer appointments, sales events, budgeting
- Follow-up of events, post-calculation and feedback topics
