After an appropriate induction, you will be primarily responsible for the planning and implementation of our events, which take place offline as well as online and hybrid. You coordinate the processes before, during and after the event and are the on-site contact person for our customers. In close cooperation with our event logistics and our event manager, you will ensure WOW effects at our outstanding events. You plan the required equipment and compile the goods requisition for the respective events.
In your position, you report directly to the Event Manager and develop the company's event management together with her.

This is what you bring with you as an event planner (m/f/d):
- First experience with the planning of company events, teambuilding events and celebrations
- High level of responsibility and discipline
- Initial experience with the purchase of external services and communication with partners
- You are familiar with the digital world and have already heard about online events.
- Calculation of services. You are confident in school maths
- Friendly, empathetic and natural nature with absolute ability to work in a team
- Perfect written and spoken German, good English skills desirable
- First experience with CRM and ERP systems, as well as good knowledge of the Office 365 Suite
- Enthusiasm for customers and event projects, you are a real "host" and "hostess
- Quick comprehension and a quick "thinking into" new situations
- You are resilient and always keep a cool head, even when things get heated
- Experience of working in the corporate sector (desirable but not a prerequisite)
- Driving licence class B (prerequisite) - further driving licences (e.g. 7.5t or BE) desirable (but not a prerequisite)
- Own car
- You are at least 18 years old
Your tasks include:
- Planning, coordination and implementation of various events
- Communication with partners, purchase of external services (e.g. transfers, cooks, etc.)
- Thorough planning of sold projects in cooperation with the Event Director
- Communicating with clients on their event projects and coordinating processes
- Drawing up the schedules taking into account the services sold
- Control of additional sales, up-selling, cross-selling
- Number one contact for customers for booked projects and on site
- Preparing the personnel deployment planning for event projects together with the management
- Fleet management with four in-house vehicles and various rental vehicles
- Onsite checks at events, host role at events
- Follow-up of events, post-calculation and feedback topics
