Our experience report on the great sculpture workshop in March 2017 in Euskirchen.

The result is sensational and sustainable: pure creative teambuilding!

In mid-March, our new and creative teambuilding event Sculpture Workshop took place in Euskirchen. Such an event requires very meticulous planning and coordination in advance, after all, results should exceed expectations. We would like to share our experience of this team event with you here. We have attached some pictures.

In the beginning there was the request for an executive teambuilding

When the customer's request came at the beginning of January, we were very pleased. We can do creative team building with a high communication component - that is our passion. The area of "leadership development" is particularly exciting. We love to work with people and put a special focus on the topic of communication with each other. But a sculpture workshop is more than just creative teambuilding.

Take craft and mix in creativity - voilá: it works

Craftsmanship skills are in demand. The focus is on creativity. And finally, all participants must coordinate well and intensively with each other, because materials are available in sufficient but nevertheless limited quantities. Every move has to be perfect. And in the end we have made the experience: it works - especially with the right preparation.

Our wonderful location partner Burg Flamersheim was ready for us.

A fantastic location awaited us. Flamersheim Castle in Euskirchen is a sensational venue for fostering creativity in people and building teams. We had rented several rooms for the group, as other communicative measures were planned, which we do not want to focus on in this report.

We have chosen a particular hall incl. garden terrace and access to the garden itself. The weather was great and so was the mood. The material was ready and immediately it should start.

After lunch it started - and none of the guests had any idea what was in store for them

Right after lunch, the creative teambuilding part of the sculpture workshop began. Our project managers and crew introduced the participants to the topic of sculpture building - after all, you don't do something like this every day. The guests were a bit sceptical at first; probably because they were not prepared for such a teambuilding event. But after a brief introduction to the materials, things got started right away.

Discussions were pre-programmed and in the end also a reason for the result.

The creative material for designing the sculptures was ready in the interior. We placed the building materials outside. Saws, screwdrivers, cordless screwdrivers: everything was there. And already the discussion started: "What should we build? Should it be several parts or one big construct?" There again our team of b-ceed on the spot, because it should be a sculpture that could be divided into four parts. After initial discussions among themselves, the executives all grew together. It was hammered, sawed and screwed. After about 2 hours of tireless work, four innovative and massive cubes were created, which were special in themselves and together created a unique sculpture.

Perfect team spirit - everyone worked together

The work was very well divided between guys and gals and you can't speak of only the gentlemen doing the manual work. The sculpture stands for cohesion, innovation and enthusiasm for the team and the company. It is so incredible what was created in two hours with teamwork. There was the best cooperation.

We can say that this event was pure team building. The guests not only experienced an extraordinary day, but they were sustainably focused on certain goals. A unity was formed out of executives from different areas. Out of nowhere and without advance notice, selection of individual participants or any other team planning, a construct full of creativity emerged. We are proud of the team and a little proud of ourselves, after all, there are hardly any providers who carry out sculpture construction in such a professional manner.
